We build baskets — and crates, and trays, and trunks, and yes, a box when a box is genuinely the right call. That distinction stops being cosmetic the moment the recipient is a client you are trying to keep, a donor you are trying to thank, or an executive whose assistant will decide in four seconds whether the thing looks expensive.

Kitting Specs

Order size: Projects start at 25 units and run into the thousands. Adding your branding to product you already have works at lower volume than a fully custom basket program built from scratch.

Turnaround — your product, our packaging: 2 to 5 business days from the day your inventory lands with us. Volume and whether every gift ships to its own address affects timing.

Turnaround — fully custom: 4 to 6 weeks from the day you approve the sample. Custom printed paper, sourced components, and personalized enclosures all add time. Bring us your in-hands date early and we build the schedule backward from it.

Rush service: Available for a fee. Tell us the date you actually need and we will tell you whether we can hit it and what it costs. We have made dates that looked impossible.

Receiving: Palletized and parcel freight, at our California facility.

Storage: Yes. We warehouse your inventory between campaigns, so a recurring program does not mean shipping product back and forth every quarter. Terms depend on volume and duration.

Ship-to: Single address, bulk drop, or individual addresses from your spreadsheet. Domestic and international.

Tracking: Provided on every shipment.

A note on alcohol: wine, champagne, and beer gifts ship to most states but not all, and the rules change by destination. Send us your ship-to list early and we will flag anything that will not clear before you have produced a thousand of them.

What we will not take: No refrigerated or frozen goods. No hazardous materials. If your product is licensed — a brand, a team, a character, an artist — send us the licensing agreement before we begin.

Yes. Ship us your inventory and we handle branding, assembly, packaging, and shipping. This is one of our core services.

Do you have a minimum order for kitting?
Projects start at 25 units and run into the thousands. The right minimum depends on what we are building — branding product you already have works at lower volume than a custom basket program. If your project sits outside that, email us and we will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.

How long does a kitting project take?
If you ship us your product and we kit it into packaging we already stock, 2 to 5 business days from the day your inventory arrives. Can you ship to individual recipient addresses instead of one bulk address?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we ship each gift individually, with tracking on every one.

Will you use my company's branded packaging?
Yes. We will work with packaging you supply, or design and produce custom printed paper, ribbon, and enclosure cards in your brand colors.

Do you build gift baskets or gift boxes?
Both, and we will tell you honestly which one suits your product and your budget. Most corporate gifting companies only offer boxes. We build baskets, crates, trays, trunks, and boxes.

Can you store our inventory between campaigns?
Yes. We warehouse client inventory between runs, which is what makes a recurring program practical — new-hire onboarding kits that ship whenever someone starts, quarterly client gifting, event stock that has to sit until the date. You produce once and we release against it as you need it. Terms depend on volume and how long you need the space.

Do you handle international shipping?
Yes, including customs documentation. Tell us the destination countries early — some product categories carry restrictions worth knowing before you produce.
